Do I need to make payments online?


Yes, you will need to make payments online. We accept Paypal, Payme, Credit Cards or Debit. If you are in Canada, you may also pay via E-Transfer




How long will it take to receive my orders?


This really depends on where you are and the availability of your products. We try our best to send out orders as fast as we can. We will also notify you the status of your orders periodically.




I have an issue, who should I contact?


If you are in HK, please contact our HK direct line or email. If you are in Canada, please contact our Canada direct line or email.




I need to return an Item, what should I do?


Before contacting our staff, please read our Refund Policy thoroughly. Once agreed, you may proceed and call our direct line or send us an email. A staff member will contact you within 24hrs.




Can I purchase products for friends?


Yes! You may purchase products for whomever you wish as long as we have the corresponding address correctly. All information must be valid and correct in order for us to ship your order(s).




I am purchasing many products, Do I get a discount?


Thank you for many selections! Unfortunately, we do not issue discounts based on volume of your orders. Periodically, we do have promotions for different brands/products which you can enjoy. You may also JOIN our membership for discounts and gifts.




I do not have the payment methods you mentioned, Can I pay in Cash?


No. Unfortunately, due to the fact we are an online store, we do require payments to be made before sending out orders.
